Cycloidal pin-wheel reducer is a novel transmission device using planetary transmission principle and cycloidal pin-tooth meshing. All transmission devices of cycloidal pinwheel reducer can be divided into three parts: input part, deceleration part and output part.

Product features

(1) Single-stage transmission with high speed ratio and high efficiency can achieve a reduction ratio of 1: 87, and the efficiency is above 90%. If multi-stage transmission is adopted, the reduction ratio will be even greater.
(2) Compact structure and small volume Due to the adoption of the planetary transmission principle, the input shaft and the output shaft are on the same axis, so that the size of its model can be as small as possible.
(3) Smooth operation and low noise. Cycloidal pin teeth have more meshing teeth, large overlapping coefficient and the mechanism of mechanical balance, so that vibration and voice are limited to a minimum.
Reliable use and long service life. The main parts are made of high-carbon chromium steel, which has been quenched (HRC 58 ~ 62) to obtain high strength, and some transmission contacts adopt rolling friction, so it is durable and has long service life.

Working principle

When the input shaft rotates with the eccentric sleeve once, because of the characteristics of the tooth profile curve on the cycloid wheel and its limitation by the pin teeth on the pin gear, the motion of the cycloid wheel becomes a plane motion with both revolution and rotation. When the input shaft rotates forward, the eccentric sleeve also rotates once, and the cycloid wheel rotates a tooth in the opposite direction to get a deceleration. Then, with the help of the W output mechanism, the low-speed rotation motion of the cycloid wheel is transmitted to the output shaft through the pin shaft, thus obtaining a lower output speed.
