Working principle

The conversion of speed and torque is realized through gear transmission. Its main components include an input shaft, an output shaft and a plurality of gears. When the input shaft rotates, it meshes with the first gear (usually called the driving gear) to transmit the rotating power. The driving gear transfers the power to the next gear (driven gear), and the transmission continues. Through the series or parallel combination of multiple gears, the speed and torque can be adjusted as needed. Gears of hard tooth surface reducers are generally made of steel and are precisely machined to ensure the meshing accuracy between gears. The different sizes and teeth numbers of gears determine the reduction ratio, that is, the ratio of speed and torque between the input shaft and the output shaft. In the process of gear transmission, lubricating oil is added into the reducer to reduce the friction and wear of gears and keep the working temperature stable. Some hard tooth surface reducers are also equipped with cooling systems to ensure the stability and durability of long-term high-load work. Generally speaking, the hard tooth surface reducer transmits the power of the input shaft to the output shaft through gear transmission to realize the conversion of speed and torque to meet different working requirements.

QY type hard tooth surface reducer
QY type hard tooth surface reducer is developed on the basis of medium hard tooth surface reducer for QJ series cranes. QY series reducers include QYS (three fulcrums) and QYD (base type) series hard tooth surface reducers for cranes. It has three types: three-level, four-level and three-level combination. QY reducer is welded with steel plate, the box is annealed to relieve stress, the gear is made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, the tooth surface is carburized and quenched, and the product quality is stable and the performance is reliable.
QJY type hard tooth surface reducer
The QJY type hard tooth surface reducer is a crane reducer with hard tooth surface (carburized and quenched tooth surface) developed by the factory according to the requirements of domestic and foreign markets, including 12 basic types in three categories, namely: QJY2, QJYD2, QJYA2, QJY3, qjy3, QJY23, qjy23, QJYA23, QJY34 and qjy34. QJY series reducers are suitable for all operating mechanisms of cranes, and are also widely used in transmission mechanisms of various mechanical equipment such as transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry and light industry.
