2. Building block combination design: The basic parameters adopt priority numbers, the size specifications are neat, the parts have strong universality and interchangeability, the series is easy to expand and renovate, which is conducive to organizing mass production and reducing costs;
3. Diversified types and multiple variant designs: breaking away from the traditional single base installation method, adding different types such as hollow shaft suspension, floating support base, integrated connection between motor and reducer, and multi-directional installation surface, expanding the scope of use.
The main factors that promote the improvement of gearbox level are:
1. The gradual improvement of theoretical knowledge, closer to reality (such as gear strength calculation methods, modification techniques, deformation calculations, optimization design methods, smooth transition of tooth roots, new structures, etc.);
2. Adopting good materials and generally using various high-quality alloy steel forgings, the quality control level of materials and heat treatment has been improved;
3. More reasonable structural design;
4. Improve the machining accuracy to ISO5-6 level;
5. Improved bearing quality and lifespan;
6. Improve the quality of lubricating oil.
